Woodmark Homes has been in business since 1999 building homes, doing additions and remodeling.  Owner Dan Traver has lived in Pinellas County for over 30 years. He graduated from Dunedin High school and began his career in carpentry. He started out as a licensed carpenter in 1983 doing frame and trim for most of the local builders. In 1999 he obtained his state certified building contractor license.  “I learned the true value of not only quality work but the return investment of a satisfied customer. Quality work is easy, it takes a little more time and effort to coordinate around a busy family schedule, but that’s part of having a satisfied customer. Most times a satisfied customer becomes a friend and from them we acquire many referrals which is where a majority of our work comes from. We owe a lot of our success to the subs we use. Some of them have worked with us for more than 10 years because they too have high standards with the product they produce and they manor in which they do it”. Woodmark Homes expanded into Citrus County in 2000 and currently has 2 spec homes for sale that you can view on the web page.
